टमाटर :- The time for planting tomatoes typically falls between February and April, depending on the specific climate and growing conditions in the region. However, It’s also depends on the variety of tomatoes, some varieties are more tolerant to cold weather and can be planted earlier, others might be planted later.

Tamatar (Tomato) ki sabji bana kar khaya jata hai, is mein vitamin C aur antioxidant hote hain. Tamatar ko salad mein bhi use kiya jata hai. Tamatar paste bhi banaya jata hai, jo curry aur pasta mein use kiya jata hai. Tamatar mein lycopene bhi hota hai jo cancer se bachne ke liye faydemand hai. Tamatar juice bhi banaya jata hai. Tamatar ka juice face par lagaya jata hai, jisse chehre ki rangat saaf hoti hai.
